How do I go about getting one, what are the steps, interest rates, if my business shuts down how do I pay the loan back, ect… I have no idea how these work, any information would be great, thanks!

Are there thresholds for business loans – like there are for personal loans – below which one incurs penalties like PMI that make it impractical to get a low down-payment loan?

I want to start buying rental properties. I have some money, but I need more. Can I start a business, then get a business loan, to then mortgage these rental properties? Basically borrow money to use for down payments on mortgage loans.
