My proposal is to offer 50,000 business loans to people that propose to hire at least 2 people within 6 months of getting the loan. If you invested 500 billion in a program like this it would create 20 million new jobs which is way higher than the 4 million that Obamas plan would create.

I want to start buying rental properties. I have some money, but I need more. Can I start a business, then get a business loan, to then mortgage these rental properties? Basically borrow money to use for down payments on mortgage loans.

I am currently in the market for a $60,000 loan for a start up business.

I’d like to get a small business loan to cover start-up costs and to give me working capital for two years. I’d also like at least 40 acres of land for the business to use. Should I bundle the loan for the business with the loan for the land or should I do each loan seperately?
